Yes, within our terms and conditions.

3.  Are most flooring products stock items - how long for delivery?

Most of all the products we use are not stocked but can be dispatched for delivery in 3-5 working days. Special order items, imported products may take longer.

4.  Could I tile onto a wooden floor?

No problem with tiling onto a wooden floor, but the floor must be overlaid with special type of  boarding or an alternative product, and a flexible adhesive the grout are to be used.

5.  How do you cut tiles made form natural products e.g. marble, slate?

Natural products need to be cut with a suitable wet wheel cutter.

6.  Could I buy single tiles or do I have to purchase complete boxes?

No you have to  buy a box.

7.  Do you deliver and if so is there a charge?

Goods are delivered free within a fifty-mile radius within the normal delivery area, provided the order value is $200.00  or more.

8.  Do you accept credit cards?

All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

9.  Do you give free samples? 

All samples are chargeable, but we will pay the postage & packaging to get them to you.

10.  If I supply the measurements could you calculate the area for me?

Yes, if you email us we will do the calculations.

11.  Can I collect tiles from your warehouse?

 No, our ware house is not at our showroom location it is out of the area.
